Al Duer has attended South Calgary Community Church for a number of years, if and when his busy schedule allowed. Al and Pastor Wallace struck up a close friendship while Al was Mayor of Calgary. This article poses some interesting thoughts about their relative personalities. Reinforces the view that Pastor Wallace would have perhaps been better suited as a politician - perhaps a role that may offer some potential in the future.
